Checking an old iPhone 4 I came across. There are some pictures I don’t have on my other iPhones, iPad. I don’t know what sim network it operates on. But it was connecting to my WiFi. I selected an image , added the image to my email address. Got a indication it was sent, but hasn’t been received into my email inbox. Do I need a valid sim for a network to be able to send images? Is the image in limbo somewhere.
Thanks.

To work both the sending and receiving e-mail accounts have to still be valid.

If they are the same account you could simply attach photos to a draft e-mail.

But bluetooth might be an easier connection. Or save to a file holding site.
I wouldn't have thought so. You only need a SIM card to make calls and access the internet when you don't have WiFi.
Can you send the pictures using bluetooth?
Just connect the phone to a PC via the cable, then select the "use as storage" - (or words to that effect) option then drag them onto a PC folder.
