Anyone got one of these and can tell me if the circle around it should be completely blue or just some of the top and bottom like semi circles if that makes sense, thank you

Don't believe the video. Top and bottom blue only. I'm looking at mine right now.

It's probably just a minor manufacturing difference between two versions of the Hub Two. With many electronic components currently in short supply, the manufacturer might have had to replace one 'full circle' component with two 'half circle' ones.
