They are scams, trying to get you to click a link.

I get them from google, when I sign into youtube while using VPN

I often get them from legitimate sites, they always say 'if this was you (logging in) then you need do nothing'.

I get a lot of scams like that. The latest one i got yesterday said that my service plan had been renewed by direct debit to the cost of $517.17. I printed a copy of it and put it in my scam folder and will ignore it. I do check my bank account sometimes and nothing is ever missing.
