every time i switch on tv it says tv box is turned off turn on tv box nothing happens no tv as well thank u

My TV does that sometimes. Try switching it off at the wall, leave it for 15 minutes and turn it on again.
Always works for me.

Is it properly plugged in? Check the connections haven't become loose

I don't know what sort of tv box you have but could the batteries in the remote control be flat? Have you tried the switch on the box?

Is a TV box, a Freeview box ?

It sounds like the signal source may not be set correctly. Maybe check it is specifying the same connection that the Freeview box is connected to.

So you have a Humax PVR. Have you checked all the cables are securely connected?
Does any lights come on?

checked all cables somtimes on the tv box a red lightshows other times a a blue light shows thank you

Checked the batteries in your remote control?
Tried using the power switch on the Humax?
