hi, im not very good on the computer so i might not be able to do what im asking...anyway about 6 months ago someone downloaded this kazaa on my computer and i cant get rid of it...any suggestions ?

Click on Start on your taskbar then control panel then add remove programmes then find kazaa then remove it thats how i done it

To be certain, after that process, go to 'Start', and 'Find' and key in 'Kazzaa' - what ever it finds, delete, and then delete from your 'deleted' - that will totally zap it off your hard drive.

You may want to run an anti-spyware program (eg Spybot S&D) after the un-instalation. As original versions of Kazaa had several nasty little ******* hidden inside that remain there after.

thanks alot for that info..i tried what lolliemma suggested but when i choose to remove kazaa it comes up saying ' an error has occured. please make sure you have finished any new set up and closed other applications' i am on the internet still..should i shut down the internet and try again ?

it could be that kazaa is running and thats why an error occurs, check on the task bar (bottom right hand corner) for a 'K' symbol, right click and exit it then try to unn-install again.
