How Do You Guys Fix Your Toaster Oven's Thermostat?

I have an electric toaster oven with a maximum knob temperature of 450 degrees f.
And I set it to max temperatre, and it reads 375 degrees.
I'm trying to cook frozen pizza, and my pizza always comes out undercooked after about 25 minutes, or Soft and Soggy if left in longer.
I was wondering how to fix that.

Has Anyone Managed To Get Freeview To Work On Their Desktop/Laptop?

Take it to a repair shop, or buy a new oven ?

In my limited experience of worktop ovens, I've concluded they do tend to be bad at reaching the claimed temperature.
