I can't send emails for some reason. Nothing happens when I click on 'New Mail'.
This has happened since I got a message from Outlook 365 saying my subscription has ran out?
Never paid before to use Email??
Thanks

Have no experience of Outlook 365, but was under the impression all these 365 programmes are subscription based to use. Were you on a trial or something ?

Can you access your e-mail through something else ?

Must have been Old Geezer. Can send from my Kindle & phone so must be because of the subscription? Can still receive though?
Do you send email on your phone and Kindle through Outlook?
Solutions:
1. Switch to using webmail, accessing your account via your email provider's website ; OR
2. Use the Mail app that comes pre-installed with Windows (NB: NOT recommended!) ; OR
3. Use a third-party email app, such as the mighty Thunderbird:

If you've no longer got Outlook 365 working on your PC, you might well have lost your office apps (such as Word and Excel) as well. If so, simply replace them with LibreOffice:
