bought a reconditioned for the above and it worked great for a a few days. I need to print some stuff now but not printing. it told me to turn off the printer - like I couldn't find a switch on the printer so just pulled the plug out. have tried this and that but =- it will print the odd blank page ie literally blank page. anything else I can do. thanks

You probably need to do a printer head clean. It will be under ‘settings’ or ‘maintenance’ on the little touch screen on the front of the printer.

Do you mean that’s the message on the screen? If so, sounds like the black has run out.
