Who Remembers Jill Dando Being Murdered In 1999?

There was more than one hitman theory, not just the Serbian one.
One theory is that Jill was killed by a hit man but she was not the target.
The theory goes her neighbour, Lisa Brinkworth, was the target.

Of course, she was killed by a hitman. Only a hitman would shoot someone the way she was shot.
I've never heard the story about her being mistaken for this other woman, but if that is the case, why haven't they been able to prove it since it happened?
If it was meant to be for Jill Dando, I had my suspicions of who might want her dead, but nothing has ever been proved.
Unless they have new evidence, I probably won't watch it as it has been covered on the TV before.

I recall her murder very well. I had driven my wife and late F.I.L to Shepherds Bush Market and we were driving home towards Putney Bridge. We were in the Fulham Palace Road passing Charing Cross Hospital when we heard of her murder on the car radio. A minute later we passed the the road where she was shot.
