convert music in itunes to music that will play in WMP

i have about 5gb of music in itunes and have recently bought a mp3 player so i want to put this music on it, however obviously as its not a ipod it does not suport itunes so i need the files to be in windows media player, is there any easy way of convertng these or is all i can do is rip all the music again?

You can set ITunes to import in MP3 format (Preferences>Advanced>Importing) and this should also work for converting them. If you set the import format to MP3, select the AAC tunes you want to convert and under the Advanced menu there should be a "Convert to..." option. This will not work for ripped CD's but not for music bought with ITunes.
