I have a 5th generation kindle paperwhite. According to Amazon it has 2gb of storage and 1.25gb of that is for books.

I've got 67mb available now...is that 5% left?

If so....eeek!

Gawd knows, pasta!

Approximately, yes.

67mb out of 2000mb is 3.35%

Depending on if it's out of 2000Mb or out of 1250Mb.

So, TTT...it must be *5%* of 1.25

In other words...very little space. Asking as a work mate gave my daughter a free paperwhite a few years younger than mine

The lesser amount o_g

ah I see what you mean yes 5% of the space for books is free.

That's probably 1 more book...🤔

No need to panic, you don't need to keep all those books on your Kindle if you have another device

If they are all from Amazon you can delete them from your Kindle but keep them in your Amazon cloud library.

If you have a laptop or PC you can download the ebook manager Calibre and upload your books to that.

You can download them whenever you want to.

I am assuming your Kindle doesn't have an SD slot for additional storage
