NTL answerphone

I have a NTL phoneline to my flat. I asked for a answerphone facility on the phoneline. However I have never been given instructions on how to dial and listen to my answerphone messages.

I've tried their website but no luck. And I've currently misplaced all my passwords for my account so I can't ring customer service.

Any other basic phone line package NTL users out there who can help?

If you mean the Free Voicemail service, you dial 1571

Your messages will be played automatically in date and time order.
To listen to the message again, press 1
To save the message, press 2
To delete the message, press 3

N.B. if you subscribe to Voicemail Plus you also have to enter a PIN.
