Emails Automatically Scrolling

My emails have started to scroll on automatically before I get a chance to read them.  I have to wait until the end before going back into my Inbox to read and delete as normal. How do I sort this?

I suspect more information will be needed such as your e-mail service provider, how you access your e-mail, any client involved, and maybe a fuller description of in what way it is occuring, etc..
