My sister is with above but I pay from my account.  There has been certain situations but they are after sending me an email saying my Spend Cap is nought.  What does this mean.  Thanks

I am fairly certain that it means that once her data, calls and texts allowance is used up she won't be able to use the phone

My sister just phones a couple of friends but could talk for an hour at a time.  She doesn't do anything else because she doesn't know so would she be using much.  Thanks Bookbinder but the link is a little complicated to me.

A zero Spend Cap will also give protection if she loses her phone - the person who finds it can't make unlimited calls to their friend in Outer Mogolia at her (your) expense.

thanks - that's just all she wants is unlimited calls and hopefully the amount I pay per month gives her that.

She doesn't know but I have had a rocky time with 02 - and being helped by my friend who came with me when I visited my 02 shop nearby.  Sister had allegedly rung 02 hoping for a lower cost payment (she hasn't a clue) but that upset a lot of things - I lost £79 - then £257 - 02 managed to give me £100 back as in goodwill.  They said another £100 would be credited to my account in that I won't have to pay monthly for some months but that didn't happen.
