Outlook Express links to web pages etc

I am unable to open any links from my emails or reply via link for example to unsubscribe from mailing list. Can anyone help as I am going mad!!

Outlook Express has a nasty habit of losing important bits of information. This can usually be solved by simply running Sytem Restore. If this doesn't work, post again. (It might be necessary to overlay Windows but, hopefully, you won't need to do this - It's dead easy but rather tedious!).

This is a known problem with Outlook Express, Microsoft has a solution at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;823301, if that does not solve your problem try http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;281679 which deals with the same problem but targets Internet Explorer (as usual microsoft has both interconnected). The next "solution offered by microsoft is to reinstall internet explorer :(
