Are you one hundred percent sure you are checking the right email address?

Has there been any changes to your email address since you first registered your AB account?

From reading your previous posts it seems likely that AB has sent you emails but they are just not arriving  in your inbox.

Checked my and fisprofile and shows the correct email address (although this was new a year ago)

Boxes for subscribe to my emails is ticked

Just cannot understand this as have no other emails as the one I had for years (and first used to jine here) was removed completely in Jan 2023)

No emails in my junk or anywhere else I can see. Do you think I should cancel and re register under different name with my currrent email - work?

It's a puzzle.  Contact the ABEd, hopefully they will be able to sort it

 

Have you checked the bin and spam folders?
