Android Keyboard, Small Letters!!

I´m sure ive asked about this before. Normally i have sorted it by now!! But i´m tearing my hair out trying to get it sorted!!

The keyboard on my realme c21 has gone from normal size to a very tiny size! so i cant see the letters to use it!! Hopefully one of you techies has the solution.

Can you not look in the settings when using the keyboard to change size ?

open the keyboard, then settings - preferences - then scroll down to keyboard Height. Then pick the choice you want.

I've got a RealMe, but a different model.

Go in to settings - additional settings - Keyboard and Input Method and it will tell you

Barry, 4 hr delay, due to being out +about, and not being able to use that phone!!

Can you see an icon with 4 little squares on the top row of your keyboard above the alphabet keys? If so, tap that, then tap resize

barry, i tapped that four squares button, but no resize icon, button or wording!

What do you see? I see 7 icons including one handed, floating, translate and resize

Failing everything this try rebooting the phone or install a different keyboard

barry sorry for messing you about! I found the resize button, but it hasnt really helped me much, as the keyboard is now in a strange place, id prefer it to be where it was originally!

Tap resize again and drag the bottom to wherever you want it to be then resize the top and sides

barry, i cant for the life of me, remember where the keyboard used to be. I dragged it down to the bottom of the screen just above the place you type, and it still looks weird!

My keyboard is at the very bottom of my screen so when I am answering you here the reply box is above the keyboard

so are you saying i should drag or try to drag the keyboard so its below the reply box?
