How did you pay for the item?
Question Author

No I'm just a bit wary if i was going to buy it would be by credit card I presume.

If you pay via paypal you can claim via them. Am doing so at the moment.

If you pay another way you can put a claim through ebay - not really sure what happens in that case as they cannot force a seller to return money (whereas Paypal can take it from their Paypal account) but know that it is possible to raise a complaint case.

You have up to 28 days from purchase to submit a claim through PayPal.

The buyers/sellers on this board are also extremely helpful with regard to how things work etc

if they have sent it and its lost in the post you can claim from royal mail - if they have proof of postage
