Your question might be easier to understand if it was written in something approximating to English! (Sorry! I hate 'texting'. My friends and relatives are all aware that I delete all text messages on my phone without reading them as I refuse to participate in the destruction of a beautiful language).
If I've managed to interprete it properly, you want to change the boot settings for your PC so that, rather than trying to boot from the DVD drive, it looks for a boot disk in the CD drive. The first thing to say is that you don't need to disconnect any wires. In fact, you don't need to do anything inside your computer. What you need to do is to change the BIOS settings:
When you first start your PC, something like this will appear on the screen: "To enter set-up press Delete". So you you should start your PC and hold the 'Delete' key down. (It's usually the delete key but, obviously, if the on-screen instructions specify a different key then follow the instructions for your particular PC). This will take you into the BIOS settings.

At this point I find it rather difficult to explain exactly what to do. This is because different motherboards use different BIOS displays so what will show on my monitor won't be the same as what you'll see on yours. The most important thing to say is that, because your computer won't have loaded any drivers, your mouse won't work. Navigation within the BIOS settings is achieved by using the up and down arrow keys plus the 'Enter' key to access particular settings. The 'Esc' key will always take you back one stage. Some settings are changed by using the '+' and '-' keys on the numeric keypad.
Using the above keys, find the relevant part of the BIOS settings where the 1st, 2nd and (usually) 3rd boot devices are specified. Change the boot order so that the CD-RW drive is selected as the first boot device. Set the hard drive as the second boot device. (The third boot device isn't really important but set it to 'floppy drive' anyway). Then you need to save the settings. The on-screen display will tell you which key effects 'save & exit' (it might be F7). Once you've reset the BIOS you can re-start your computer and it will now look for a boot disk in the CD drive.
