Where can I find a programmer for my community site.

I run a non-profit entertainment website (http://www.fr-es.co.uk/forums), recently a hacker/virus took the site offline which prompted me to do some upgrades before relaunching it. It is currently just a heavily modded forum script which I would like to expand to include more features and eventually turn it into a profitable business.

I'm looking for a PHP programmer who would be willing to work for free on the community until the site starts to make a profit, then he would begin to get paid. Until then he could make use of our reseller hosting package and would be credited on the site for all the development.

Does anyone know anyone who would be interested? Or if not, where I should be looking online to find someone like this... I tried freelancers.net but they wont permit unpaid work advertisements.

Cheers guys.

There's also www.rentacoder.com if you've not come across that.
