The Weather Wreaks Havoc In Spain
News16 mins ago
Hi there
About a week ago i purchased a refurbished mouse from a third party seller on Amazon.
Sadly it arrived broken so I contacted Amazon (chat window) who's said they'd refund the money and to keep the item. As the item was broken I threw it in the bid. Sadly, after a week no refund. After contacting them again and they said I'd have to send the item back before I'd get a refund. When I explained they said I'd have to send it back.. what can I do? It was £80.

I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago. I bought an rechargeable air inflator that stopped working after four months. The company selling it on Amazon were no longer trading.
I contacted Amazon by phone, they instructed me to dispose of the item and they would refund me. The money was back in my account in around four days. I have to say, I did keep hold of the inflator until I received the refund.
I would urge you to get back in touch with Amazon on 0800 2797234. I found them very helpful in reassuring me that I would definitely be receiving a refund.
Don't give up, you don't want to lose £80.
