In Panicking Now, What Will Happen?

Since the recent storm, I've had virtually no picture or sound on my TV, because of static all over the image. It pixelates and breaks up, and stops, and Seems to be stuck like that! Can I fix this, or is it an aerial problem? It also seems to be affecting the Freeview channels.

The Freeview part is obviously connected to my Wi-Fi, Although that is intermittent. The picture is pixelated, breaks up, Gets stuck, And seems to be made of squares in fluorescent colours.

Sometimes I will only have Sound and no picture at all.
The aerial point in the wall must be connected to a signal source somewhere either an antenna or a system if you are in a multi dwelling property. If you are in a single occupancy then you need to check the aerial at least by sight and see if it is leaning or down or if the cable has been flailing about. Your description of how the picture is breaking up sound like a digital tuner acts when the input signal is low or a preamp has blown in the tuner itself( inside your tv) Did you have any power cuts or brief outages when the tv was on? This can blow a transister or chip. I would bet that your aerial or cable has been damaged and have that looked at first. Another tv plugged into the aerial supply or another aerial( possible an indoor one) plugged into the tv. may give you a clue. If you live in a good signal area a wire coathanger can sometime be used as an indoor aerial.
