down here in reality the uk actually ended its golden visa scheme years ago because of security concerns. 
 

it is a terrible terrible idea to open up your citizenship to the oligarchs of the world because if you do that they will get inside your economy and swallow everything up. it is like deliberately infecting your house with termites.
