Is it OK to have Windows XP firewall and Zonealarm running together ?

Not recommended. Apparently any two firewalls can conflict and cause problems. I used to use Zone Alarm and was reluctant to change over to the Windows XP one, but it's been fine.

Ditto the above posts...I use Zone Alarm and and it is more comprehensive than the XP version...although the XP is a good basic one. If you have ZA then you dont need the XP one
