Morning everyone ( or afternoon depending on when you join in lol!)

Well it's bright here at the moment so very promising for anyone wanting to put washing out, or do anything outside, Thinking of DDIL who started this thread early yesterday whilst on way to vet with the beloved Islay. For those that didn't see any  replies Islay seems to have an infected paw, but has got appropriate meds & last time we heard was racing around house as though nothing was wrong lol!

Need to do more work to my EBay shop today - it's slowly  starting to get orders but it's a dog eat dog world online and so everyone's fighting for sales lol. Painstaking listing items but I'll get there. Maybe I'll put the link to my shop up later on to show you lol!

Good morning, I am hoping for a more restful day than I had night! 

Between a senile cat and Islay having an upset stomach sleep was very much missing!!

I think the upset stomach was probably to do with stress of going to the vets as it has calmed down now, she gets her meds in her food along with a good blob of natural yoghurt.

Not much to do today, but try to get past this horrible lurgy I've had for about a week. I feel like I'm being choked.

Morning Clover! Yep, know the feeling -  came down with a dreadful cough, wheezing etc last week. Happened to have a doctors appointment already on calendar to discuss something else, got there & within 2 mins he said how long have you been coughing/ wheezing like that?? Ohh bout 5 days I said. He rolls his eyes, check usual obs & says you've got a chest infection. Antibiotics it is then.... I still sound the same but just don't feel quite as rough with it!

Good morning, DDIL see if you can get a nap during the day, hope Islay will make a speedy recovery on the medication.

Had my health check yesterday, got to wait for blood test results but otherwise all was well and I didn't get a telling off about my lack of weight that I have received in the past. Hopefully they have changed their tune on that one.

Just the supermarket and Dunhelm this morning, then get spare room ready for friend next week, also get out in the garden for more chopping back.

Good morning Smow and all. Lots of sun and blue skies here. Going to put some washing out. Going to meet my godson for afternoon tea later on. It was our birthdays last week, his within two days of mine. I have always been blamed for his premature arrival (6 weeks early), as his parents came to a birthday party I had and then my friend Jean went home and into labour.

Sadly him and his brother have lost both parents, so I seem to have become a stand in mum for them, which is rather nice as I never had children.

Just being nosey I would love to know what your shop sells. You mention about work quite often but never give any clues!!

A late good morning from me. Lots to do today but can't find the enthusiasm!

OH is back in hospital - Sepsis....... so not the cheeriest of times and I'm rushing from job to job.

Good news is that Tyke-dog (17) is happily swallowing new heart and water pills as long as they are wrapped in a lump of cheap cream-cheese!

With it being a lovely day, I managed to get 4 of OH's jumpers washed and dried outside (2 were pure wool) which is a big plus.  I also managed to finish making Leek & Potato soup and get it into the freezer in individual packs for when he eventually comes home.

Then hospital visiting, then dog-walking, then feeding, showering and finally looking on here!  😃
