Cannot Send Mms On My Samsung Galaxy

I tried to add a photo to a message I was sending but the message arrived but not the photo. I have received photos from other phones to mine ok

What am I doing wrong please?

If you're using 'bundles' to pay for your calls, texts and data, it's important to remember that MMS text messages aren't included in the price.  (Only SMS texts are).  So you should check that you've got some 'basic' (i.e. 'non-bundle') credit available as well.

I am 85 and have no need for WhatsApp!

Thanks Buenchico you are absolutely correct! My wife and me both have a Vodafone £10 bundle so that answers my question.

I will send any photos by email in future - but I do RECEIVE occasional photos attached to texts so presume that is correct?

That is correct Moggie.

Your account doesn't cover sending photos but you can receive them because the sender pays.
