answer DOODAH (I have ?O?D?H)and I am sure these are correct!

Cook could be "do" but where does the cellar fit?

16a I think is jigger which parses and the letters are correct amd one of its definitions I found in am obscure reference was a word for any small device. I do not have Chambers or Bradfords!
