It's hardly space, ok it's above the Karmen line the internationally agreed limit for "space" but I tend to think of space as the lowest distance to achieve orbit. At 100km they're still in the atmosphere.

I will obviously never have the money to do this kind of tourism.

However, that does not not bother me one jot. This (and the Titanic trip) look like incredibly boring things to do, aside from the adrenalin surge you might get from knowing you could either explode or implode at any moment.
