Good grief. There, absolutely, is neither reason nor excuse for Hopkins to behave in this way.
Lucy Martin is a graduate from Durham University with a batchelor's degree in geography, a wife and mother and performs a service in her employment. 
One should never wish an illness or disability on another, but in the case of Hopkins I don't have to as she has done that herself. What a vile and inhumane thing to do.
