Our Sky+ box seems to have died (just a puple image instead of pics).
Is it possible to get a box through anyone other than Sky?

Sky have just sent a major update through which has knocked a few boxes out,some where getting purple screens,try unplugging it for 2mins thenplug it back in.

It's recovered. It must have ben the update as it worked after turning it off.
