Mercury On PSP

Has anyone else got this? I cant get past the last stage of the Xero section, the one where you are on a platform and underneath there are the things that change your mercury colour and there are 4 beacons to turn on each a different colour. I cant work out how to move the barrier to get to the beacon. Can anyone help? Thanks
