How do i find out the cache of my processor ? its a pentuim 4 @ 2.39 ghz. windows xp

I have recommended this before and I'll do it again, AIDA32 is your only man, but it's getting hard to find. You can still get it at http://aumha.org/freeware/freeware.php

When you run it, under the Motherboard section, there's the CPU bit that will tell you the amount of Levels 1 & 2 cache and everything else, including the number of transistors it has. It will also supply a hyperlink to the manufacturers page for info and (if appropriate) drivers.
