After a hard drive crash I have just reinstalled Microsoft etc on my PC. However everything has come up really big!! Icons etc.... Does anyone know how to size them down?

right click empty area of desktop, properties, settings tab and change screen resolution.


alternatively you may need to update the driver details for your monitor - go to device manager, select display adapters, double click yours and go to driver, should be able to automatically update

My guess would be that you have the incorrect display adapter drivers. If I am wrong the right click anywhere on the desktop > properties > settings and resize your screen area (800 x 600 or 1024 x 768)

Did you get a motherboard disk with your PC? If so, try running it.
