If you use Firefox, there is a search box on the top right which if you click on the icon, you can choose "Add Engine" which will let you choose your local flavour of Wikipedia (choose browse through more.... under Additional Resources on the page that pops up). You then enter your search term and Wikipedia returns the results.

Haven't found an IE toolbar yet, but I rarely use IE anyway.

...Ralph, there is a Firefox extension.......iE View which lets you open the page you are viewing in Firefox, in IE.......very handy at times............commoner.
The other thing you can do in Firefox is use the Custom Keywords feature. By default, if you type wp followed by a search term in the address bar, it will do a search on Wikipedia. This is just done through bookmarks, so if you've deleted the default bookmarks then it won't be there, but it only takes a few seconds to recreate it - just go to the Wikipedia site, right-click in the search box and follow the instructions. You can set up a custom keyword for any search box on the internet - including the one on The Answerbank!
