any one have a idea about this error message keeps coming up on start up :cannot find import:dll may be missing,corupt or wrong version file"rtl70.bpl"error 126

Sounds like you have something loading when Windows starts which may be missing a file, from the name it looks like a Delphi application.


Hit Start select run and type MSConfig, hit enter and then goto the startup tab.


Untick any entries you don't need and this should fix the problem.


Its not part of the opperating system so you can ignore it.


Type "import.dll" into google and see what it comes up with.

It could be a trigger for a partly downloaded spyware.
Do a system scan to check.
