Problems with Zen Creative Sleek 20GB

Hi,

I tried turning on my Creative player today but nothing happened. The blue power light came on but the screen remained blank and nothing else happened. Now the power light won't turn off and i've tried pressing it countless times. I'm sure its not the battery because it was almost full the last time i used it.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Use a pin to reset the machine. There is a small hole in the side of the case on the bottom left hand corner.

I had this problem with a Creative Zen Jukebox. I just took the battery out, left it for a minute or so and then put the battery back - hey presto it worked. My jukebox has a tendency to rebuild the Library everytime I switch it on which can take up to half an hour! Most frustrating
