help iv just turned my mob phone on and now its saying that my pin is blocked (even tho i never put my pin in) and i need to enter a PUK number.


what the hell is a PUK number and where do i find it so my phone will work again

call you service provider (Vodafone, 02, Orange, whoever) and they will give you the PUK code.

As above but it sounds as if someone else has been playing with your phone as the need to put in the PUK happens after the PIN has been entered incorrectly three times.
