USB PCI Cards
I am hoping to increase the number of USB2 ports on my PC by adding a Belkin USB PCI Card. I don't want to use a hub. Has anybody any experience of doing this ? i.e. is it fairly easy and would there be any foreseeable problems, and also, would it be advisable to increase the memory ? I have a 120Gb hard drive and 80Gb ext.HD with 512 Mb Ram, with one memory slot available. Thanks in advance.

The only problem I had was that in order for it to work properly I needed to download an updated BIOS for the motherboard - if you need to do this then read the instructions very carefully on how to flash your BIOS to update it!
Apart from that you shouldn't have any problems, it's basically just plug and play.
As for memory, the more the merrier! Adding more will make your system perform slightly better so it's always advisable.
