I just bougth a genie sim and topped it up with �10. I topped it up over 48 hours ago and still havent received my free texts - is there a certain number i have to text to get them?

i have had one for a few years now and it usually takes about 24 hours for my texts to be free. Maybe it is just taking longer as you have only just registered it. i they are still charging you tomorrow then ring customer services and see what they have to say.
