how can i get real player 10 to play video clips from attachments in emails,it just freezes,although it will play clips from bbc news,please advise

I can't tell you how to fix Real Player 10 but I can tell you where to find a much better media player. (Quite a bit better than Real Player and at least 1000 times better tham Windows Media Player!). Gel VLC, totally free, here:
