This software that takes you back to a setting when all was well came with our computer 2 years ago. I now need technical help, but can find no trace of it on the PowerQuest site - even e-mail has been returned. Does anyone know if this product has been renamed? I really would be grateful of any help. Thank you.

open powerquest and click on the online tab--it lets u register and update--alternatively go to www.powerquest.com

I appreciate your answer but I have spent a good hour searching the Powerquest site as I said in my question and there is no mention of Second Chance anywhere.
