HI, i have 2 games which i got free with my x-box and both say 'NOT FOR RESALE' on the disc. Can I still sell them on ebay? Thanks

You own them and they are yours to do with as you like.

The 'not for resale' labels are primarily aimed at the shopkeepers to stop them selling the discs separately.

You're not allowed. Technically speaking you should wipe the OS from the PC as the license you signed up to is tied to you or your buisness.

Before you say I didn't sign anything, when you got the PC or installed the OS it asked you to agree to a license. If you didn't read it in full that's your problem ;)
