i was wondering if anybody knew what the numbers on the legend of zelda ocarina of time mean. when u select a file it displays the number of hearts/life you have how many of the prescious stone you have and above tht ther is a three digit number usually 003 or something like that and ive never been able to figure out what it is so i just wondered if anybody knew what it was

i think it's the number of times you've died during the game - that's what it used to be on other versions of zelda i've played.

so the lower the number, the better you are at the game!

Hi, it's either the amount of times you've died (same as link's awakening on the gameboy), or it's the amount of rupees you have, well that's what I always thought it was! x
