Further to an earlier question where someone wanted to burn MPEG/AVI to DVD, has anyone any experience of burning MOV files to a DVD (eg. from a still digital camera that takes movie clips)? Do you convert them first or do the likes of Nero recognise them?

Thanks homer75. Will give it a go.
I usually convert any video files to avi so that the disk burning software recognizes them as well as my DVD player. It is rather handy to do. I only had a trouble of a too high resolution of the videos as my DVD player only reads rather small videos.

I used this program to convert mov to avi free: http://movtoaviconverter.org/
I hope it will help you as well.
