Read the See More link before trying it.
Warning - the free version does not put the deleted files in the recycling bin (so you do not get to change your mind) - but you can use the Move selected files instead to ensure you dont want them.
Dont scan your windows folder - it will quite happily find all the duplicates there for you, if you delete them you may kill your windows installation.
