o2 network busy

i live in nw london and all morning i've had network busy whenever i tried to make a call, and received none cos it goes to voice mail apparently - and i cant even collect my voicemails either. anyone had same problem today?

I work in NW1 and up until Christmas had an O2 mobile. I have now changed to Orange as I had no end of trouble with "network busy" "no network coverage". Also if I received or made calls I had to go and stand out on the street as the quality was appalling and kept breaking up. I queried it with 02 and frankly they were not interested and told me to get my mobile checked out. I also had problems with 2hr+ delays on text messages I had sent. Not much good when you are texting someone to meet you from a train.

oh god, i've just taken out an 18month contract with 02 and was beginning to wonder whether i've donr the right thing. i just called 02 and one operator told me to take my phone to an 02 shop... then i called back again 1 minute later to be told its a london problem and they trying to sort it out.

what a mess!
