I have cakewalk pro audio 9, and I've got a recording problem with it. Sometimes when I record, it will speed up about 2 seconds of the recording on a certain track. Consequently, everything's out of time, and I'd have to record the track again. There's no way I can seem to fix this, and I can't see any obvious cause. (I'm recording from a guitar/microphone, not midi) Apart from this, it's been a really good program, so I'd like to sort it out. Has anyone had the same problem, and does anyone know how to fix it?

does it actually speed it up, or just SLIP your whole recording in time?By speed up, do you mean it accelerates the playback of that section of the wave so it sounds higher pitched? Or does it jump?
