How do you transfer music to a psp player?

Hi my brother brought his psp to my house for me to download music onto it. The only thing is when we syncronised music from windows media player it took up his memory but nothing could be found.

How do you convert wma to mp3??? my mp3 player accepts both formats but i have no idea how to download mp3 on to it.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i also had this problem an could find no way of converting the tracks, what i did was put a cd in with the music i wanted on, an told media player to rip the music as an mp3, by going to tools, options, rip music as mp3. the psp then accepted the music

I had the same problem i formated my memory card and that seems to work
