epro mp4 menu trouble.

Hi, i have an epro mp4 which was bought as a gift to me. The mp4 works fine apart from the fact that the menu has been wiped clean all i now see is a white block. The problem is I tried to message the website on the cover but some how i think that the mp4 is a kinda con, you know cheap goods exported that only use the company name, the cover looks as if it's been scanned from somewhere lese. there's gurantee but i don't know where to send it, in other words i'm doomed and don't know why the menu's been wiped. It used to work fine when i first got it it's only when i tried to put songs on it got wiped plz plz help. Thanks.
