What are the best Survey / Reading emails etc sites

Does anyone know the better paid sites for the likes of taking surveys and reading emails etc. Anything at all would be appreciated even things in the same areas as this.

its not exactly paid but www.ipoints.com isn't bad. hope this helps

I do surveys for www.yougov.com they don't pay much, most are fifty pence a survey, sometimes a pound, and some you get entered int competitions for doing, and once you've accumulated fifty pounds, they automatically send you the cheque. There are loads of others, if you just google surveys, you can take your pick.
